Customer Service/Support Location Cape Town, South Africa Job Title: Customer Service Advisor Job Description We’re looking for ambitious Customer service Advisors who have experience working with trouble shooting and technical service calls as well as working towards multiple targets in a fast-paced environment. We want target driven people to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences for our Dish client. We're offering opportunities to work in our state of the art location based in The Terraces, 34 Breë Street, City Bowl, Cape Town, 8001 This role offers a yearly salary of 102,000 ZAR PLUS fantastic bonus earning potential. Your Skills To be considered for this role, you need to have the following: 6 months customer service / technical support experience OR working toward performance based targets. Target driven. Good at multi-tasking. Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time. Must be fully flexible for rotational shift patterns between 1pm and 7am Monday - Sunday.
