Customer Service Agent - Pretoria
We are seeking an awesome Car Rental Agent to join a leading South African Car Rental Company at their Hatfield branch. Your role will be handling rental bookings, managing confirmations, overseeing agreements, conducting vehicle handovers and collections and extensive customer service with both local and foreign guests, thus It is preferred that you have prior experience in Car Rental, but it is essential that you can demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and administrative abilities, maintain a highly professional appearance, thrive in a collaborative team, and fast paced environment, have a valid Drivers License and can provide genuine and verifiable references.
SHIFT TIMES 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. 7am to 2pm on Saturday and alternate Sundays and Public Holidays.
Non Negotiable Job Requirements
Matric Certificate or Equivalent
A Valid Drivers License and own transport.
3 years of Customer Facing experience in a selling type environment
Excellent Command of the English Language
Computer literate Excel is essential.
Be well groomed and presented.
Have excellent interpersonal and admin skills.
A stable work history.
Reliable and contactable references.
