CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - - Cape Town Region

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
2 Years experience in a similar role
Ensure that orders are captured correctly within the specified deadlines
Invoicing of orders
Ensuring that the orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines
Follow up and manage production orders and feedback to customers
Follow up and manage import orders and feedback to customers
Management of Blanket orders
Export orders prepare orders and documentation required for export
Receiving and processing of quotation requests and ensuring timeous response to customers
Processing of payments received for quotations
Receiving customers and processing cash sales
Payments via card machine
