Position: Customer Service Agent - Customer service / Internal sales support
Salary: R12 200.00 including pension benefit Cost to Company
Location: Brackenfell
Key Duties and responsibilities Processing of sales orders
- Ensure that orders are captured correctly within the specified deadlines.
- Invoicing of orders
- Ensuring that the orders are dispatched within the specified deadlines.
Daily Order management:
- Follow up and manage production orders and feedback to customers.
- Follow up and manage import orders and feedback to customers.
- Management of Blanket orders
- Export orders prepare orders and documentation required for export.
Processing quotations:
- Receiving and processing of quotation requests and ensuring timeous response to customers
- Processing of payments received for quotations.
- Receiving customers and processing cash sales. Payments via card machine
Ideal Characteristics:
- This position will suit someone who has experience in the sales and manufacturing industry, and is able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently. Strong analytical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding Professional written and verbal communication skills Must be good with figures.
- Technical Savvy
- Good organizational and time management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Full proficiency on Microsoft office: Excel, word, Power point, email Bilingual, English and Afrikaans
- Must have experience working on an ERP system.
- Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage.
