We're actively seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Support Specialist who is eager to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience for our valued clientele. The Role In the role of a Customer Support Agent for BetBus, your primary duty involves delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will work closely with your team to consistently ensure the highest service standards. Responsibilities: Address customer queries and problems across various channels, providing efficient and effective solutions. Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed Maintain a comprehensive grasp of our products, services, and policies to supply accurate information to customers. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and enhance the overall customer journey. Record customer interactions and follow up on pending matters to secure resolutions and customer contentment. Convey feedback to Management about product matters, service patterns, and customer input to back continuous enhancement efforts. Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts as necessary. Participate in training and development opportunities to broaden product knowledge and refine customer service abilities. Ensure customer contentment and loyalty by fostering positive connections, addressing concerns empathetically, and proactively managing potential issues. Progressively advance personal knowledge and skills through training, independent learning, and staying updated on industry best practices. Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers, continuously improving customer service policies and procedures. Full professional English fluency (written and spoken) Prior familiarity with online betting is advantageous Proven experience in a customer support role or a comparable customer-facing position Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, with the capacity to convey information lucidly and effectively Profound aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making, enabling swift and effective resolution of customer issues Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer-centred perspective to offer exceptional service Ability to function adeptly in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple customer interactions concurrently Proficiency in using computers is obligatory Technical knowledge and comprehension of software applications, web-based platforms, or electronic devices are desirable Keen attention to detail and accuracy when documenting customer interactions and particulars Flexibility and adaptability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to the company's support schedule Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, fostering productive collaboration with cross-functional teams Acquaintance with a variety of sports disciplines and interest in the same Familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk.
