Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Value Maximisation Sales Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing customer value through strategic sales initiatives and personalized insurance solutions. You will leverage your expertise in the insurance industry to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention, ultimately driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize customer value and achieve sales targets. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products and services to existing customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments. Track sales performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards. Qualifications: Matric Minimum 3-years contact centre experience in a sales environment. RE5 required. Minimum 120 FAIS credits required. MS Office knowledge (Basic or Intermediate Excel Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the insurance industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to customers. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
