MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma / Degree highly advantageous
- At least 3 years previous dairy management experience
- At least 3 years previous pasture management experience
- Computer literate
- Proven AI ability
- Good stockmanship
- Strong record of management skills
- Hard-working, deadline-driven, diligent
- Ability to work with and motivate a team
- Being mechanically/maintenance orientated essential
- Valid drivers license
