Data Capturer - Cape Town Region
Our client based in Plattekloof is looking to employ temporary Data Capturers to assist with their annual company project. Over the past three decades the company has worked intimately with its customers to develop systems and metering technologies to meet the needs of large utilities, municipal environments, and private sector companies. Key performance areas: Capture the company's assets using standard accounting practices to record and track all transactions related to the company's hard assets. Maintain the database of inventory of these assets and their precise location. Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recording of fixed assets. Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets. Assign bar codes to fixed assets. Basic requirements: A matric qualification Previous data capturing experience (advantageous) Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (preferred) Available immediately
