Plan, capture, obtain, analyze, report, and maintain specific data related duties, thereby enabling the Kuipers Group Commercial Egg Division to perform at the highest level on all production, technical, planning and health related matters. The position of Data Processor - Agri is responsible for: Creating of all daily and weekly reports on production related matters. Managing of daily administration and meetings. Managing of visitor appointments and preparation thereof. Maintaining of all data and graphs. Phoning for data, capturing and maintaining the daily data sheets and graphs. Maintaining and updating the data base. Creating of all type of presentations as required. Attending and typing all notes and agendas. Updating, capturing and maintain all action lists. Any other reasonable duties that may be required by your superior from time to time (Omnibus Clause) Manage the flow of all available breeder, hatchery, rearing, laying, pack stations, sales, logistics and processing plant data which includes but is not limited to: Day old chick quality Breeder point of lay quality Hatching egg quality Point of lay quality Commercial and free-range egg quality Service excellence Logistics Preparing, presenting and analyzing production and sales related information and reports, as and when required Assist with preparation and analyzing of data Prepare graphs and presentations Liaise with clients and customers and ensure accurate and on time feedback Follow up on outstanding data and report deviations. Customer complaint registry and recording. Monitor the CCR system between various companies. Provide feedback where applicable. Planning of various placement and depletion programs. Liaise with various day-old chick and breeder POL suppliers on a regular basis. Execute all planning programs for breeders, pullet rearing and laying placement. Liaise with Divisional Production Manager on a regular basis to ensure planning is optimum to ensure maximum production outputs. Liaise with Divisional Director to ensure the split between breeds are executed as per the Kuipers Group strategic vision. Monitor the placement and depletion programs on a weekly basis with the Divisional Production Manager and Divisional Director. Any other reasonable duties that may be required by your superior from time to time . (Omnibus Clause) Experience : Minimum of a Grade 12 National Certificate Previous experience in data analyzing and capturing.
