This position is primarily responsible forMaintenance, support and deployment of all hosting solutions as well as the associated support thereofManagement and maintenance of Active DirectoryAssist in maintaining all corporate systems including corporate email, collaboration, SQL servers, application servers, hosted file repositories and all cloud-based hosting environmentsMaintaining a monitoring system to detect faults or resource outages for all systems, backups and the retention thereofResponsible for business continuity from cradle to graveEnsure excellent IT service delivery to business and affiliates through effective management of datacentre infrastructure services in line with 3rd party service level agreementsAccountable for the end-to end data centre infrastructure stability and performance – including integrated or related services like networks, IT security and applications The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirementsGrade 12Relevant degree/diploma advantageousITIL 4.0ANA minimum of 8 years working experience in an IT environment with relevant IT Infrastructure management experienceExceptional knowledge of cloud datacentres, physical datacentres, hosting platforms, IoT, ITIL principlesKnowledge of different infrastructure architecture frameworksCrisis management and critical thinking skillsService delivery experience and customer service orientationProject Management skillsPresentation skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills See Description See Description Apply Now
