JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Ensure deliver customer order in desired condition, on time and correct customer. Attend to customer collections Assemble customer items Correct paperwork and ensure customer sign the POD. Be courteous to customers and willing to put extra effort. offloading and Loading Receiving, quality check, put away and picking Cycle count and stock count Customer returns items are wrapped, labeled and isolated together MPOD are kept in one area Assist QA to assess or repair customer items Warehouse house keeping Repair and assemble customer item Count of tools and issuing them Qualifications and Experience: Matric, tertiary qualification will be an advantage No criminal record Customer service experience Must be prepare to work under pressure and extra hours Warehouse and Distribution Centre experience Skills: Organised and thorough Good communication and writing skills Customer Value Management Behaviours: Effectively works with others to achieve shared goals Readily takes on new challenges and opportunities with a sense of urgency and eargerness Forms, develops and leads a group of individuals toward the achievement of a common team objective Conveys information and communicates ideas in a clear, concise and impactful manner Accurately perceives and reflects on personal strengths and areas of development Understands and navigates dynamics created by processes, systems, and people Takes accountability and ensures others are held to account on agreed upon performance targets Develops plans and prioritieses initiatives that align to the organisational goals and objectives Preference will be given, but not limited to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
