To generate and sustain new revenue streams across the banking product suite To originate and grow market share across the business as well as create a network to originate new business Originate deals by engaging with FNB Business Coverage and Clients and structuring the deals to the clients' requirements, and source own leads and identify solutions Manage all phases of leveraged finance transactions (origination, credit assessment, negotiation, approval, implementation and ongoing management) for new and existing transactions Compile and present specialist credit reports considering risk related to deals, and provide input into legal documents Perform Financial Modelling and detailed cash-flow forecasting with particular focus on free cash-flow analysis and debt serviceability / capacity, stress testing and scenario analysis Perform Industry analysis and benchmarking to industry norms with respect to financial performance and debt metrics Present to high-level Credit Committees regarding Leveraged Finance prepared financing proposals Perform fulfillment of approved loans including but not limited to the fulfillment of approval and payment conditions, signature of bank documentation, drafting of amendments and waivers, and any other tasks required to successfully disburse loans; Perform financial and non-financial covenant monitoring, annual reviews, amendments and ad hoc requests including the calculation of financial covenants and preparation of Leveraged Finance reviews and amendments. Communicate and interact with all stakeholders (Leveraged Finance dealmakers, Leveraged Finance and regional Credit and ORM Managers, regional RMs/CPEs/AEs and their Analysts, Specialised Legal and LCS). Master bank systems and processes that are relevant to performing the job function effectively.
