Dealer Principal (Kuruman) - Kuruman
***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***
This is a challenging yet rewarding role for a tenacious community orientated DP. Our client is a reputable dealership, and they are looking for the right fit for this volume brand. You will be responsible for the full profitability and productivity of the dealership, overseeing Sales, Workshop, Parts and Administration. You will need at least 3 years of Dealer Principal experience within a franchised dealership, coupled with a solid track record and some previous experience working in a smaller town.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
Must have at least 3 years of RECENT DP experience in a franchised dealership
A good business acumen with excellent understanding of financials
Above Average leadership and interpersonal skills
Must have worked in a small town
A stable work history
Reliable and contactable references
Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in the area, or is willing to relocate at short notice *
