Minimum Requirements: Matric Computer literate Ability to compile reports Well presented Detail orientated Positive attitude Reliable Self-motivated Work well under pressure Have knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures of the operation Have knowledge and understanding of all the Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to job function Have knowledge and understanding of company policies Have knowledge and understanding of the Health and Safety procedures and requirements Have a knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001 procedures Responsibilities: Ensure driver has all relevant documents to debrief Ensure driver trip sheets are completed in full and correct Check trip sheet with driver Calculate time against kms travelled and kms on trip sheet balance to kms on contract Check overtime for accuracy Calculate and check fuel consumption Ensure tools, equipment and spare wheels are returned and slip signed off File all contracts received from operations Update monthly contracts daily with driver hours and fuel Complete driver hours and fuel slips on closing sheet of contract Record sleep out, driver hours, toll fees, total fuel and kms on closing sheet of contract Ensure complete vehicle check is conducted when vehicle returns Logbook to be completed and new damages to be clearly indicated Checklist signed off with date of debriefing Reported all damages to Branch Manager and Fleet Manager Ensure vehicle cleanliness (cab, load body and external, tyres polished) is checked Ensure reports daily, weekly and monthly are maintained and updated Assist in relevant operations/operational functions as required Perform housekeeping duties Maintain professional conduct Follow all Health and Safety requirements as per the Standard Operating Proced Job Type: Full-time Salary: R140 000,00 - R144 000,00 per year
