Our client, a leading Transport, Logistics and Supply Chain company based in Kraaifontein, the Western Cape, wants to appoint a Briefer/Debriefer who will be responsible to ensure the timeous delivery of loads at its end destination. Tracking – on route monitoring. Monitoring of route progress. Loading & Offloading (Driver brief and de-brief). Maximum utilization of vehicles, planning of loads, routes, and fuel. Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements. Accident / Incident investigation and submission of all documentation. Administrative duties and Document control. Solving queries and problem-solving. Ad hoc duties as and when required. Tertiary qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management advantageous. Previous working experience in a similar role will be an advantage – minimum of 1 year. Passion for Transport & Logistics. Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. Work independently and without supervision. Self-driven, multitask and excellent interaction skills. Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English. R15 000 to R20 000 ctc per month
