Responsibilities:Accounts Payable (Creditors): Process invoices received from suppliers promptly and accurately. Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments to suppliers. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain organized records of all transactions. Accounts Receivable (Debtors): Generate and send invoices to customers for goods or services rendered. Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers for timely payments. Handle billing queries and address customer inquiries professionally. Record and allocate payments received, ensuring accuracy. Regularly review accounts receivable aging reports and take necessary actions. General Financial Support: Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment and billing issues. Assist in preparing financial reports related to creditors and debtors. Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a Creditors and Debtors Clerk or in a similar role. Familiarity with accounting software and financial processes.
