DEBTORS CLERK - Durban
RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced DEBTORS CLERK for a well-established, growing concern, position based in the Durban area, KwaZulu-Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant qualification/s advantageous.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Working experience on Sage Pastel Partner Accounting software essential.
3yrs+ previous working experience as a Debtors Clerk is essential.
Practical experience with debtors and creditors processing.
Daily invoices, quotation and receipting payments on system.
Sending off statements and invoices to clients.
Calling outstanding debtors and dealing with queries.
Assisting with other debtors-related administrative.
Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving attitude.
