We are looking for a skilled Debtors and Admin Clerk to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients' billing issues Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Perform administration duties ensuring monthly deadlines are adhered to and collection targets are met, preparation of annual audit schedules, filing etc. Qualifications: National senior Certificate Tertiary Qualification in Accounting 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a Landscaping environment is essential Skills: Basic accounting knowledge Ptoficiency in Afrikaans and English is essential Understanding accounting best practices Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP , or another accounting framework Data entry skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Produce work with a high level of accuracy Professionalism and organization skills Associates degree or at least one year of experience Knowledge of ZOHO Accounting Software is essential Not more than 30 years R12 000 to R15 000 CTC p/m
