You will play a pivotal role in managing the company's accounts receivable processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments. Follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary. Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and initiate collection actions. Implement and maintain effective credit control policies and procedures. Continuously assess and improve debt collection processes to optimize cash flow. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
