Our client is looking for a dedicated Debtors Supervisor to oversee their debtors' department and ensure timely collections and accurate record-keeping. Submit your CV to Stormsalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Ensuring that processes and procedures are followed by staff, through supervising the processes within the team. Attend client meetings at their premises. To ensure that documents are delivered to clients timeously. Conduct staff appraisals create performance development plans for staff who are not performing. Quality control check supporting documents to be delivered to clients. Ensure that all Debtors Journal are processed timeously. To ensure that all process are adhered to - ensure that all controls and process in place are effective and followed by all staff members, constantly look out for risk items in your area of responsibility. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours Experience: 3 Years experience in a supervisor role Skills & Competencies: Proficient in accounting software. Strong analytical skills. Excellent organisational abilities. High level of accuracy. Detail-oriented. Ability to lead and manage a team. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
