Our client, a prominent player in the foods and beverages manufacturing industry, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team in the role of Deliveries Optimization Manager.
Purpose of the Position: To optimize deliveries to customers, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team, overseeing performance management, discipline, leave planning, training, and development.
- Ensure effective deliveries and cost control through route optimization and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Cultivate strong customer relations through surveys, query resolution, and complaint management.
- Maintain safety standards in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification.
- Fluent in Business English.
- Willingness to travel off-site and stay overnight.
- Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience collaborating with senior management.
