DENTAL MEDICAL TELEMARKETER VACANCY - REMOTE POSITION AVAILABLE FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CANDIDATES PUBLISHED: 17 MAY 2024 My client based in New York is seeking a professional, highly organised, and efficient Telemarketer who has Dental Medical experience with high volumes of telesales to a client base. This is a remote position and would require a minimum of 30 hours per week. Successful incumbent will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clientele to gather and verify information, update internal system an inform them of monthly promotions. This position is crucial for maintaining accurate customer records and enhancing their customer outreach efforts. Responsibilities: Able to work remotely international hours & time zones Make high volume outbound calls to existing customers to gather & verify information Update and maintain customer information in their internal system Inform customers on monthly promotions and product offerings Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism Meet weekly and monthly call targets Minimum requirements: Previous international telemarketing experience within the dental / medical fields High School Diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and management Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage Hourly rate on offer. Working international New York times zones from your home office. Training will be provided by the company. Working Hours South African Time Zone: 15h00 pm to 24h00 pm / 16h00 to 01h00 am You will need your own laptop / WIFI and internet connectivity. Must be available immediately to start position.
