Department of Environmental Affairs Bursaries For 2013 - South Africa

The department of environmental affairs is inviting candidates to apply for bursaries to be awarded for the 2013 academic year, in the following fields of study: BTech Marine Pollution MSc/PhD Marine Pollution Honours/MSc Mechanical Engineering MSc/PhD Plankton and Biodiversity Geoinformatics BSc Marine Science BSc. Zoology ND: Analytical Chemistry MSc/PhD Applied Mathematics/Oceanography Environmental Law Landscape Architecture Landscape Horticulture Environmental Management (Specialising in Integrated Environmental Management or Biodiversity and Conservation or Natural Resources Economics or Natural Resource Management or GIS). Environmental Science Natural Science Biotechnology Biological Science Environmental Engineering Urban Design Community Development Consideration will be given to previously disadvantaged South African Students, and students with disabilities who have successfully completed their first year of study or undergraduate study, or those who are currently registered for postgraduate studies. However, strongly motivated application from first year students within the above mentioned field of study will be considered.
