Client Request Management : Efficiently triage incoming client requests using our Service Desk system. This involves prioritising, categorising, and assigning requests as needed. Collaborative Project Involvement : Actively collaborate with multiple developers and project managers across a diverse range of projects. This requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different team dynamics and project requirements. Meeting Participation : Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical meetings. This includes preparing updates on your work, sharing insights, and engaging in brainstorming sessions. Quality Assurance and Testing : Write and execute unit-tests and end-to-end tests. Participate in manual QA testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Continuous Learning and Skill Development : Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and improve both new and existing development skills. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Experience or knowledge if HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP with a focus on WordPress development. Experience or drive to work with WordPress themes and plugins, including customization and integration. Knowledge with version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. A portfolio of past projects or code samples demonstrating relevant experience is a plus.
