Job Title : Deutschsprachig | German Speaking Luxury Travel Consultant (Travel/Tourism) Start Date : Flexible Location : Cape Town | Hybrid Job Type : Full Time | Permanent Salary : Market Related THIS IS IMPORTANT: Ability to work shifts and weekends. This position is a 40-hour work week with day / evening shifts. Shifts are either Tuesday - Saturday / Sunday - Thursday ; between the hours of 7:00 - 22:00 SAT / with at least one late shift per week 13:00-22:00). Requirements Residing in South Africa South African ID / Permanent Residency Holder Proven track record in leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries Minimum 3 years experience in a Travel retail or Tour operator environment essential Sound knowledge of Global Distribution System (Amadeus) Benefits Base Salary plus Performance-based Bonus Late Shift and Sunday Shift Allowance paid Annual Leave : 20 days paid Annual Leave 3rd Year of Service additional 3 days paid Annual Leave (once off) 5th Year of Service eligible for fully paid month Sabbatical plus Bonus Pay Out Performance Bonus structure (max value of R30’000 per year, eligible after 6 month probation) Loyalty Reward Program (Bonus Paid after 3 / 5 / 10 / 15 yrs. service) Working Holiday (work anywhere in the world for a max of 4 weeks twice per year) Responsibilities Design requests by telephone and email in German and English of individual trips (flights, hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all the needs of the customer Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, preparation of travel programs, obtaining visas and administrative processing Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries About the Company Our client partners with global financial institutions and other premium brands to attract and retain wealth and mass affluent clients.
