The DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently and securely. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to automate deployment processes, monitor system health, and drive continuous improvements in our development and deployment pipelines. Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, and Bicep to ensure consistency, scalability, and security. Configuration Management: Utilize Ansible for configuration management to automate and standardize system configurations. Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, including cluster setup, scaling, and monitoring. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes. Monitoring and Alerting: Set up monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Azure Monitor, Loki, or Grafana to proactively identify and address performance issues and maintain system reliability. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and maintain compliance with industry standards in Azure, Kubernetes, and Ansible environments. Static Code Analysis: Perform static code analysis to identify and resolve code quality and security issues in collaboration with development teams. Linux Expertise: Manage and maintain Ubuntu Linux-based systems within the infrastructure. Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams to understand their requirements and provide support for infrastructure needs. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and best practices. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Bicep, Static Code Analysis, and Ubuntu Linux. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Hands-on experience with Azure services and resource management. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Solid understanding of networking and security concepts. Experience with Ansible for configuration management. Proficiency in Bicep for Infrastructure as Code. Experience with static code analysis tools. Expertise in managing Ubuntu Linux-based systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
