Digital Communications Manager Digital Communications Strategy development Working with various business areas including development team, sales and product teams and compiling customer communications plan / campaign proposals to achieve the set sales objectives. Campaign execution and management to drive sales within existing base as well as customer feedback / satisfaction surveys on existing services. Analysis – creating user stories in order to design “trigger “questions and responses on ERP system following customer journey from 1 st purchase and implementing specific campaign questions directed at clients both consumer and corporate to initiate further sales Systems Knowledge - Working closely with development team in designing content for online portal and sms/email campaigns for ongoing sales / additional services Copywriting – development of content for various campaigns through various marketing channels Customer service management via digital platforms Email Marketing - provide structure and strategy to the company’s marketing efforts within the existing client base. Providing strategic marketing direction in the digital marketing space, conduct campaign planning for new products and promotions, writing and proofreading campaign messages and compiling monthly campaign reports Executing various direct marketing campaigns including SMS, MMS, Email Translation of business opportunities into Developer briefs
