Digital Engagement Lead - - Johannesburg

Our client is focused on creating consumer demand specialising in health, beauty, and over-the-counter categories.

As a Digital Engagement Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing digital, influencer and social media campaigns that enhance brand engagement, drive sales, and deliver measurable results across all social and digital platforms.

Responsibilities Include:

Developing and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and more)
Use of tools such as Meta for Business, AdEspresso, Hootsuite, and SEM Rush to manage campaigns.
Analysis and campaign performance tracking.
Manage influencer partnerships, Content creation and management (collaborating with graphic designers and content creators.)
Digital Advertising, SEO (Drive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibilit).
Stakeholder engagement (Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure aligned marketing efforts.).

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing / Business Administration or related field.

Essential Requirements:

+6 Years Digital Marketing Experience and at least 2 years leadership experience.
Extensive experience with social media platforms, SEO, content management, and digital advertising tools.
Demonstrated expertise in handling major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
