ENVIRONMENT: A highly talented & forward-thinking Digital Marketing Consultant with expert-level Google Analytics, is sought by a dynamic Fund Management Firm to provide and present regular analytics and campaign reports while ensuring the seamless execution of exceptional Digital Marketing projects. You will also be expected to drive cost efficiencies in line with marketing budgets while translating business requirements into digital KPI's. The successful incumbent must possess a University Degree in Marketing/Business or related field with at least 5 years work experience in all areas of Digital Marketing and Technology (Web, Email, Social, CRM, Design, etc). You will also need extensive knowledge of digital analytics and optimisation including, but not limited to campaign performance, multi-variate testing, event-based analytics, marketing funnel and attribution measurement with expert proficiency in Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, etc). DUTIES: Digital Reporting - Provide and present regular analytics and campaign reports to inform business decisions. Project Management - Ensure day-to-day execution of business deliverables are met on time. Ensure high quality and timeous delivery/execution of Digital Marketing projects. Manage media agency efforts and stakeholder expectations. Drive cost efficiencies in line with marketing budgets. Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analysis - Identify business requirements and articulate them into agency/vendor briefs (software for development and digital campaigns). Implementation of reliable tracking and benchmarking across digital platforms. Translation of business requirements into digital KPI's. Monitor and communicate trends, anomalies and insights based on analytics and other research. Implementation of industry and global digital best practice for design, user experience and technology. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications – A University Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Certification in a Digital Marketing field (Advantageous). Experience/Skills – Minimum of 5-years' experience in all areas of Digital Marketing and Technology (Web, Email, Social, CRM, Design, etc). Extensive knowledge of digital analytics and optimisation including, but not limited to campaign performance, multi-variate testing, event-based analytics, marketing funnel and attribution measurement. Proven track record managing deadline-driven digital projects, campaigns and agency/vendor partners. Good working knowledge of web and software including Software Development process, Business Analysis. Experience working cross-functionally to support communications and brand activities as well as other internal business stakeholders. Expert proficiency in Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, etc) and other industry standard analytics platforms (Web, Email, Social, CRM). MS Office Suite. ATTRIBUTES: Analytical ability.
