Description Digital Marketing Specialist Our client is a dynamic and innovative B2B digital agency specialising in software development and digital marketing for travel and automotive customers. They seek a Technical Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Google Ads, Facebook Catalog Ads, and Klaviyo email marketing. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how different digital channels work and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. This will be a hybrid position, going into the office in Claremont 2- 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products of their company and their clients. Expertly handle Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads. Ads need to scale dynamically, making use of our web platform with customised feeds and integrations. Manage and optimize Facebook Catalog Ads to maximize reach and conversion for travel and automotive products. Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, ensuring high levels of deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates. Customer flows based on user activity and strong A/B testing should be conducted. Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, and adjust strategies as needed. Meet with customers monthly to report on performance and revise strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Develop, improve, maintain and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad campaigns with advanced conversion tracking. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads and Klaviyo email marketing. Previous experience in the travel or automotive industry is highly advantageous. Apply Now
