Qualifications and experience :
- BEng-degree (mechanical or electronic or electrical or mechatronic)
- Masters degree will be beneficial.
- Minimum 15 years of engineering working experience
- Automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.
- Develop and manage the direction and daily activities of the Engineering team.
- Oversee process improvements to the product development process.
- Lead the development of reporting managers.
- Oversee the development of the department.
- Interact will all levels of company management.
- Work closely with key suppliers and customers.
