Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Budgeting for all capital and operational requirementsAssist in strategy formulation for the unit, to achieve a greater profitabilityCreating a work environment that follows the company’s morale and provides constant learning and developmentDevelop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiencyDevelop and implement the annual plan using the company framework, linking the department’s objectives to the unit’s overall strategySkills & Experience: A minimum of 4 – 6 years in managing accounting operations.Thorough knowledge of modern financial analysis tools and techniques and updated knowledge of processes and policies as per accounting policies and knowledge of tax structures, commercial laws, and regulations.
