Our International client within the Public Health space is seeking a Director to join their SA team. This individual will need to have had experience at this level or have been in a role such as Senior manager. Our clients focus is communication, advocacy, research and strategy. The areas of partnerships would be Ngo's, Governments, Foundations, Academic Institutions including product development partnerships focusing within Public Health, Climate change as well as the Developmental space. Areas of focus Communication : strong writing skills essential, this includes writing for projects, programs, as well as preparing for press/media releases. Project Management : Developing, executing communications, advocacy strategies for clients and partners, focused on major regional health and development challenges that the Funder is focusing on. Overseeing project finances, developing budgets. Client Management: Being the main contact person for various clients on assigned projects. W orking with donors and funders. As a Director within our clients organisation you will be involved in various areas, from forming strategies for clients, communication, seeing each project through as well as managing several projects simultaneously and people at the same time. Required no less than 8 years of experience required within Public Health advocacy space. Qualification: Degree in Communication or Journalism or Economics or Public health To be discussed, R900 ctc upwards
