Disabled HR Officer Cape Town Our retail customer is searching for an HR Officer with two to three years of experience in a retail or FMCG setting. Assisting the HR Business Partner by offering effective and efficient coordination and administrative support. Only applicants with disabilities will be considered for the position. Minimum Requirements: Matric or NQF equivalent with Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience within a busy environment Work experience in retail or FMCG is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in Payroll – Sage People advantageous Ability to engage, inspire and influence people (including peers/Leadership Team members). Team player, high level of interpersonal skills, eager to deliver results. Able to travel nationally Driver’s License and own a reliable car.
