Hire Resolve has an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch & Logistics Co-ordinator in the Sugar Production Industry. As a Dispatch & Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of sugar products from production facilities to customers. You will work closely with internal teams, transport providers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dispatch and logistics processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities Coordinate the dispatch of sugar products in accordance with customer orders and production schedules Manage and oversee the loading and unloading of sugar products Plan and manage vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency Liaise with transport providers to arrange and monitor deliveries Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch and logistics activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination Requirements At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the sugar production industry Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software Valid driver's license Understanding of health and safety regulations Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
