Our client is a leading meat wholesale company looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics and Dispatch Clerk. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Coordinating and managing the dispatching of meat products to customers. - Ensuring that all orders are accurately prepared and loaded onto trucks for timely delivery. - Communicating with drivers and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. - Managing inventory levels and updating stock records. - Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations. - Handling administrative tasks such as preparing invoices and maintaining delivery records. Must possess a valid driver's license (code 10 or 14) with a valid PDP. - Own reliable transport is essential. - Previous experience in logistics or dispatching is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in computer systems and logistics software. - Ability to work well in a team environm R12 000 CTC to R14 000 CTC per month based on experience and qualifications
