Company in the cosmetics retail packaging industry Execute the dispatching of stock in line with company policy and procedures. Execute the picking and issuing stock in line with company policy and procedures. Ensure all shortages are accurately reported. Ensure all discrepancies and queries are reported in a timely manner. Responsible for the safety standards of stock in stores. Maximise use of available technology to maintain high standard and cost-effective materials control Maintain good housekeeping practices. Ensure all stock are kept in locations are properly maintained and kept in a tidy manner. Responsible for verifying physical stock quantities against stock reports using either manual or electronic means. Stock adjustments on system Liaise with customer on incoming goods. Job card Costing and sign off. Inventory analysis as required. Flag any shortages/ issues. Control and schedule Deliveries and collections, Maintain Dispatch, Driver, and Vehicle Checklist Logs, Publish and maintain Finished goods warehouses. Perform all tasks to satisfactory quality and time standards. Conduct counts accurately in line with company procedures. Responsible and accountable for allocated materials and warehouses Perform any other job-related functions as instructed by managem Wxperience within Warehouse and dispatching role Abe to work in westmead 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday overtime if required R12000 - 15000PM GROSS
