Distribution Controller FMCG company is looking for distribution controller to join our team. Secondary Warehousing: Ensure minimum order quantities are maintained at depots Daily processing of all source documents to ensure SOH reports are accurate within a 24-hour cycle Processing of Damage & Refurbishment of Stock Non-Conformances Raised & Closed CHEP Pallets Control Accoun Weekly stock reconciliations Requesting stock replenishment when stock levels move below minimum stock levels. Secondary Distribution: Processing of orders timeously to ensure stock is delivered as per NDD’s. Manage & Minimize Failed Deliveries Exception Report is managed by correcting exceptions on the day Upliftment’s Executed Timeously and as per agreed protocol Third Party Service Provider Management Ensure all outsourced parties operate as per agreed protocol. Confirming NDD’s and making bookings with retail stores Review & upload all picking slips, GIV’s, GRV’s and transfers Ensure all orders are delivered as per daily delivery schedule Escalate any late deliveries or returns and facilitate revised delivery dates Review POD’s, escalate any dirty POD’s Reporting: Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports are submitted on time and as per agreed scope Back Up Operations Team Support Role to Operations, Shipping & Logistics Controller should one person be on leave / absent. Skills & Requirements Previous warehouse & distribution exposure a must to ensure an in-depth understanding of paperwork. Must have above average computer literacy skills – ability to learn new packages hands on. Must be able and willing to work overtime and stand-by when required from time to time. Package: R20 000 per month [directly related to skillset and experience]. Position: Available immediately. Medical Aid or hospital plan compulsory.
