Job Advert Summary Rand water is looking for a candidate to assist in managing resources on site and district, and to ensure minimum disruption to consumer supplies in the area. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or N3 coupled with a recognised apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Driver's license 3 years experienced in a similar environment< with 1 year Supervisory capacity Computer literatcy Completion of SDP Pump station experience will be added as advantage Primary Duties Managing District staff, managing budget and communication on district. Planned/ unplanned shutdowns Liasing with consumers and contractors Maintenance management of infrastructure SHEQ Management Monthly and weekly meter reading Perform standby duties Knowledge Sound of management experience labour Relations. Knowledge of OHS Act Skills Excellent communication and liasing skills Management and people skills Ability to work without supervision Attitude Performance Driven Attention to detail Customer Services orientation
