Technical Leadership: Lead our solar engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solar energy systems. Your expertise will guide the team through all phases of project execution, ensuring quality and efficiency at every step.Innovation and Optimization: Drive innovation by researching and implementing the latest advancements in solar technology. Continuously optimize our systems for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Project Management: Oversee multiple solar projects simultaneously, from conception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for product quality and safety. Team Development: Mentor and develop junior engineers. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Structural or Mechanical, (advanced degree preferred). Proven experience in solar energy systems design and implementation, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards shared goals
