The successful incumbent's duties would include but would not be limited to the below: Workforce Management Service Delivery Consistent discipline of workforce and Administration thereof Assist in training of new employees Manage of workforce attendance Meet the staff requirements Manage the workforce to the client's satisfaction and expectation Leave administration of workforce Report to management daily before the end of the shift Management of all driver's licences and PRDP's Staff Data Management Process Maintenance Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum of at least 3 years experience in a similar role with the core focus of managing of at least 20 employees Grade 12 or any qualification equivalent thereto Relevant computer software and skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook) Relevant Road Traffic legislation Labour Legislation Main Agreement of the National Bargaining Council Health and Safety Legislation and Procedures Basic understanding of technical operations of vehicles and equipment used
