- Sound understanding of hospitality operations
- Good overall knowledge on wines and Food & Beverage operations

- Impeccable attention to detail & great problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to function well under pressure
- Proficient in English (written & verbal)
- Excellent computer literacy
- Drivers license
