Taking charge of all aspects of our Accommodation operations, including administration, reservations, marketing, upkeep, and housekeeping. Leading and motivating a team of housekeeping and reception staff to ensure consistent delivery of top-notch guest experiences. Maintaining a strong presence among guests and staff, managing check-ins, organizing guest services, and facilitating dining arrangements. Monitoring financial performance indicators such as revenue, expenses, and inventory management. Responding promptly and proactively to guest feedback and reviews to enhance overall satisfaction. Coordinating maintenance efforts to preserve the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the property. Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to ensure they meet and exceed service standards. Facilitating clear communication channels between the Accommodation department and all relevant stakeholders. Setting and striving to achieve predetermined targets for accommodation bookings and revenue generation. An energetic individual with a background in accommodation management or relevant qualifications. Proficiency in property management systems, preferably with experience using OPERA. Exceptional leadership abilities and effective people management skills. A genuine commitment to prioritizing guest satisfaction and crafting memorable experiences. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must have own reliable transport.
