Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients within the film, photography, advertising, and events industries. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring a seamless connection between clients and our project teams. Utilize a deep understanding of the industry landscape to enhance engagement strategies. Maintain a comprehensive database of client interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform future initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach tactics and messaging. Requirements: Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably within the events, film, photography, or advertising sectors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple schedules and deadlines efficiently. A passion for the creative industries and a keen understanding of trends in film, photography, advertising, and events. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
