Our client is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Inbound Manager to join their team in the Midrand area.

Our client's e-commerce division has experienced significant growth in recent years, fostering a fast-paced, innovative, and performance-driven environment. They are currently seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Inbound Manager to join their team in the Midrand warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be quality-focused, solution-oriented, and possess experience in process management, warehousing, supply chain management, and/or logistics, preferably within an e-commerce context. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, readily adapt to changing market dynamics, and exhibit a passion for process management, efficiency, and product quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small to medium-sized team of warehouse staff.

Key requirements for the position include a:

tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or project management
minimum of three years' experience in production, supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce.
demonstrated experience in staff management, a target-oriented mindset
the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail are essential.
Fluency in Afrikaans, exceptional communication skills, and a creative problem-solving approach are critical assets for this role.

The E-commerce Inbound Manager will:

oversee stock inbound processes
conduct incoming inspections
monitor product quality and cold chain integrity
coordinate stock control operations
manage the warehouse team and inbound drivers
liaise with the procurement team
develop and implement standard operating procedures
drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: R28 000-R30 000 CTC per month.
