We are looking for a well balanced and structured all-rounder to join our small, but adaptable, team of specialists. Your primary position will be a mix of production and meeting coordinator. The ideal applicant must be proficient and excellent at admin, time management and general office administration. Your position will be to respond to leads generated through B2B outreach campaign and setup demos for our clients. Responsibilities:Manage 30-35 e-mail inboxes using our CRM.Respond to all leads coming in and generate demos for our clients, including e-mail.Setting up calls and hosting meetings on behalf of our clients with leads generated via e-mail outreach campaigns. Send out calendar invites to clients as required based on our clients' availability.Input captured leads into client sheets and send to clients.Assist clients with rescheduled as best as possible. Warm call leads who have previously responded, but have not previously booked a demo. Hit daily, weekly targets.You will report directly to head of production and our CEO. Position is based in Durbanville. Office based non-negotiable.Experience required:Strong administration skills, organised and good with e-mail management. Warm calling, cold calling experience is ideal. Two years' office experience in a client facing role. What we are offering:Base salary of R7,500 - R8,500 negotiable based on experience, correct fit.Hours: 08:30 - Monday - Thursday / Friday 08:30-15:00pmMonthly incentives and commission if weekly, monthly targets are hit of another R5,000 - R10,000. Chilled, comfortable offices in central of Durbanville. Contract based position, with option for full time after six monts. The ideal applicant is female, between 23-30. Must live in Durbanville.
