Join Our Team at Ahava House Early Learning School as a Passionate Educator OUR SCHOOL- Ahava House Early Learning is situated on the affluent Noordwyk suburb in Midrand and is surrounded by the upmarket, leafy northern suburbs and most residents are young parents. The school is ideally located making it easily accessible from all major routes. Ahava House Early Learning School follow the IPC curriculum ( International Preschool Curriculum) which is designed to build a lifelong foundation to learning that encompasses dozens of subject areas across 6 content areas that range from agriculture to astrophysics. Our curriculum is further designed to be Play based and fun, mixture of inquiry-based and objective-based learning and adaptable to incorporate special needs, local customs and existing academic frameworks ensuring vibrant and joyful educational approach and experience. We offer premium education to young parents with a balanced, holistic, innovative, vibrant learning experience, encouraging our learners to discover their unique gifts, talents and abilities, becoming well - rounded, lifelong learners, in pursuit of academic excellence. We are looking for an Early Learning passionate Teacher from 1 April 2024. -Plan, prepare and present interesting and exciting lessons. -Establish a teaching environment that is nurturing, and which promotes engaged learning. - Behave in a professional manner with regard to punctuality, behaviour, standards of work and learners' homework. - Evaluate, reflect on and refine teaching practice. - Be open to continuously develop ones teaching through personal and school wide professional development. - Teach extra lessons, when required, on two afternoons per week. - Produce resources of a high standard for learners. - Show loyalty to all facets of Ahava House. - Attend all special occasions at the discretion of the relevant Director. - There are no exams at ELS but we do learners evaluation. - Write report comments. -The post holder is required to undertake any other reasonable tasks that the School Head or Director determine.
