The company currently seeks an appropriately qualified candidate for the following position in the Western Cape region: Responsibilities The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Maintain and repair a fleet of earthmoving equipment Complete inspections Removal and installation of parts General maintenance and rebuild of equipment Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting Testing General repairs Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified artisan with five years of previous heavy equipment experience is a requirement. Excellent mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of the following systems: engine, power train, hydraulics and electrical. Must have a code B drivers licence, code EC licence will be an advantage. It would be expected of the successful candidate to assume duties throughout the Western Cape. The Company offers a competitive and market related remuneration package.
