ECBU / Retentions Team Leader - Sandton

My client has an opportunity for a ECBU / Retentions Team Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team within the division by conversing policies in arrears, providing coaching and guidance to team members, managing the quality standards and having monthly catch ups with the team. Ensure overdue policies are updated to meet client requirements and organizational standards. Modify policies according to client specifications and regulatory compliance. Manage outstanding accounts and maintain accurate records for financial reconciliation. Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and performance. Verify accuracy and compliance of conserved policies through quality assurance checks. Evaluate team members' calls to ensure adherence to communication protocols and service standards. Determine data needs for reporting purposes to support decision-making and compliance. Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows for greater efficiency. Conduct regular meetings to provide feedback, address concerns, and set goals with team members. RE5 Certificate and full FAIS credits. Bachelor's degree in business administration or financial planning preferable. 5 to 7 Years proven experience managing a team. Knowledge of long-term insurance industry. Experience in Individual Life Insurance products. Business and Operational knowledge of Insurance Industry processes.
