Communica group is looking for a Ecommerce Team Leader to join their dynamic team , Someone that can managing products on the different Ecommerce platforms Managing products on the different Ecommerce platforms Adding products on the different Ecommerce platforms Select products that will sell, and add to the different Ecommerce platforms Select products already selling on the different Ecommerce platforms Discontinue products on ad hoc basis on the different Ecommerce platforms Managing the pricing of products different Ecommerce platforms Check Daily Sales Compare pricing on products not selling, and adjust accordingly Sending stock to the different Ecommerce platforms Check daily sales Comping stock list to replenish and send to the Warehouse Manager Liaise with Procurement for Local products that needs to be replenish Liaise with different preferred couriers and manage the bookings after receiving the products from the Warehouse Follow up any products short received by the different Ecommerce platforms Managing returns from the different Ecommerce platforms Checking daily for stock to be collected different Ecommerce platforms Arrange collections from the different Ecommerce platforms Sending the stock to Customer Care for evaluations Managing claims from the different Ecommerce platforms for returns Managing and capturing Sales Transactions Customer Invoice requests Weekly download the transaction report and capture on the ERP system Qualification Grade12 /matric Experience: 3 years plus working in a warehouse . Experience in taking order, online and telephonically . Dealing with sales. Experience working on the ERP system.
